1. How does this all work? Who do I call with questions or issues?
Monroe Delivery is your one stop shop for on demand and pre-scheduled food delivery. Simply view our available restaurants, add food to your cart, and checkout! When you place an order with us, we take care of all the logistics and work closely with the restaurants. Any questions or concerns about your order should be directed to us. 2. How long does a delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 30 minutes but that can vary depending on the time of day and how busy we are, how busy the restaurant is, and how far away from the restaurant you are. Our estimated delivery times on the ordering page are updated in real time as business levels fluctuate. We will keep you informed of any significant delays to your order through text message, phone call, or e-mail.
5. What is the Round-Up For Charity option on the checkout page?
Monroe Delivery is committed to giving back to our community and we wanted to give our customers an easy way to join us. We match 100% of donations collected through this feature and we send these funds to the Sky Valley Food Bank on a monthly basis. We have chosen the Sky Valley Food Bank as a charity partner because of their commitment to providing food for our neighbors who may not have access to nutritious food. They help people from all walks of life, in all different types of situations. Thank you for helping to keep our community strong!
6. Why do I see an authorization charge on my credit card?
When you request a delivery, your card is immediately authorized for your order total plus 15% to cover any special instructions you may have included with your order and/or additional tip you may add when the driver arrives. Once your delivery is complete, we replace the authorization with the final charge from the merchant (Monroe Delivery). This change is typically reflected within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery, though some cards may take 3-7 business days to process the change.
7. My order was cancelled and I still see a charge on my debit or credit card?
Orders that are cancelled are immediately voided from our system, and the funds are sent back to the banking institution at midnight PST. Depending on your bank, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to full refund back into your account. This is strictly dependent on your bank policy, and unfortunately Monroe Delivery cannot expedite the process.
